Four-way Shuttle Intelligent Storage System

This system is another major form of intelligent dense storage. The system consists of four-way shuttle, fast vertical lift, horizontal conveyor system, racking system and WMS/WCS management and control system. It has the characteristics of large storage density, stable system operation, high safety redundancy, and strong expansion of inventory efficiency at the later stage. The four-way shuttle can automatically switch between the longitudinal storage lane and the lateral transfer passage in a 90-degree direction. Therefore, with the characteristics of a regular shuttle, it is more suitable for the warehouse storage mode in a complex terrain environment. Under the scheduling of the WMS&WCS upper management and control system, by connecting to each other under the support of the wireless network, all parts respond to each other to finish the inbound and outbound operation of FIFO or FILO. This system is widely used in food, beverage, dairy, pharmacy, tobacco, fine chemical and other products, and is suitable for low temperature cold chain logistics.
